Mom and Me is a chance to share your practice with your child. Designed for kids ages 10 and up, this class is a fun way to move together, breathe together, and connect on and off the mat. No experience needed for either of you. Just come as you are and enjoy the time together. Price covers one parent and one child; add each additional child at checkout.
