I’m new to yoga. Where should I start? If you’re brand new to yoga, Easy Flow is the perfect place to start! It’s designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Once you’re feeling comfortable and ready for a little more intensity, you can work your way into Slow Flow, followed by Power Flow.

What can I expect during my first class? When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by your instructor and checked in, or you may check yourself in at our iPad. Leave your shoes and personal belongings in the designated area, then head into the studio. Grab a mat and any props you’d like, find a spot that feels comfortable, and settle in. Feel free to stretch, close your eyes, or simply take a few quiet moments to arrive before class begins.

What should I wear to class? Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely. Breathable, stretchy clothing that doesn’t feel restrictive or distracting is best. Leggings, shorts, joggers, tanks, and T-shirts are all welcome. No special yoga outfit required.

What should I bring with me? Bring your favorite yoga mat if you have one and a water bottle. We have a water refill station and plenty of mats if you need one. Otherwise, just bring yourself, an open mind, and an open heart.

Are mats and props available? Yes! We have yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets available for you to use. If you borrow one of our mats, we simply ask that you spray and wipe it down after class.

What time should I arrive? Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class so you have plenty of time to check in and get settled. If you’re running behind, we allow entry up to 5 minutes after class begins. Please enter quietly and be mindful of the opening meditation. We cannot allow entry more than 5 minutes after the start time.

Where do I leave my shoes and personal items? We ask that shoes be removed before entering the studio space. Shoes, bags, coats, and other personal belongings can be stored in our designated cubbies near the entrance during class.

What is your cell phone policy? Before class begins, please place your phone on silent or Do Not Disturb so everyone can enjoy an uninterrupted practice.

What is your no-show/cancellation policy? Plans change! You may cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before class with no penalty. Cancellations made within 1 hour of class, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of your class credit or payment and are not eligible for a refund.

Can children come to class? For now, our regularly scheduled classes are open to guests 18 and older. We hope to expand this in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
