Join us for our opening weekend events with a peaceful evening of candlelight, movement, and community as we slow down, release the stress of the week, and reconnect with ourselves. We'll begin with a 1 hour slow-flow yoga practice designed to help us unwind, followed by a 30-minute immersive sound bath to encourage deep relaxation and restoration.
